I’m Pasi Joensuu, the founder of DIMEA.

I’ve spent over 30 years helping companies turn digitalisation into something real — something that supports the people doing the actual work, not something that slows them down.

Early in my career, I learned an important lesson:
Software doesn’t solve anything on its own.
It only works when the people using it every day are involved — when they have the right tools, real understanding, and ownership.

That belief drives everything we do at DIMEA.

I believe every professional wants to do good work.

My role, and DIMEA’s role, is to clear the path for that: with clarity, trust, and support in the way that helps your organization be a better leader, workplace and do more business.
